We Can Help You

You and Me Counselling is a charitable organisation established in 2011. We are a counselling and psychotherapy service based in Hornchurch, Essex that works with children, young people, adults and their families in the boroughs of Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. Our counsellors and therapists work both within schools and from our own counselling rooms located in North Street, Hornchurch. In addition to the work we have been doing in schools previously, in 2016 we successfully tendered for, and became a part of the Havering Council Brokerage Scheme to supply counselling services to all schools in the London Borough of Havering. If you are a school in Havering or the surrounding boroughs, and would like more information about our services, please contact us.

You and Me Counselling are an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). This means we are fully governed by the BACP’s Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. This brings you peace of mind as a service user knowing that we continue always to strive for excellence and this is one step further in that process enabling us to show our commitment to what we do.

Our offices are open 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 5pm Saturdays. For the cost of our services, please click here.
